Caitlin Hicks is an associate attorney at The Law Office of Howard M. Kahalas and has been employed by the firm since 2012. Before joining the firm, Caitlin worked as a law clerk for the Law Office of Martin Rosenblatt where she gained experience in a variety of practice areas including civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, banking and lending, landlord–tenant and receivership law.
Caitlin received her B.B.A. from the University of Miami, with a focus in Business Law in 2008, and she received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2011. While earning her degree, Caitlin interned with the Boston Victim Rights Law Center and was a summer judicial intern for the Honorable Dennis O'Brien of the Superior Court of New Jersey Civil Division. After law school, Caitlin completed a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates 2012 Trial College at Harvard Law School. Caitlin is an active member of the Women's Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
